How to Register Your Alarm
Follow these steps to create an account, complete your registration, and keep it current.

Create your account
- On the sign-in page, choose click here to create a new account.
- Enter your email address as a first-time user and press Sign up.
- You will receive an email with a link to create your password.
- After you create a password, return to the sign-up page and press Log In.
- Enter the same email address and the password you created.

Didn’t get the email? Check your spam or junk folder. The message comes from Alarm Registration Support.

Open the registration form
When you log in, your account should open a registration form titled Alarm Site Information.
Check the appropriate boxes and complete the form. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.

Typical required items include property type (Residential, Commercial, or Government), name, alarm site address, city, state, ZIP, and a primary phone number.

Add key holder information
Include at least one key holder. Only a name and phone number are needed.
Residents
A key holder is someone who does not live at the alarm site and can respond if you are away. This may be a friend, neighbor, relative, or a home watch service.

Businesses
A key holder is the person responsible for the business — for example a manager, assistant manager, or another designated person who can respond to alarms.

Save, then submit
- Click Save.
- Then click Submit so the registration is sent for processing.

Important: After you submit, your account is locked until the registration is processed. You cannot edit it during that time.

You will receive a confirmation email from Alarm Registration Support (EnablePoint) at
support@alarmsupport.org
with your registration expiration date. After processing, the account is unlocked and you may update information anytime.

Keep a record of your password so you can return later and update your account.
|

How long the registration lasts
- New alarm systems: Active for two years from the date you submitted the registration.
- Existing / renewal: Active for two years from your previous expiration date.
